Create your own kaleidoscopes from cast-off plastic bottles!
Join instructor Dess Kelley (from the Museum of Arts & Design) on Saturday, Feb. 27, at one of two workshops, noon or 2 pm, to learn how to transform an ordinary water bottle into a work of art.
