Jersey City Museum is proud to announce JumpstART Preschool Program – Weekend Family Edition, a dual language preschool program designed to promote visual literacy, language development, and socialization skills.  Preschool children along with their adult companions will tour the museum's galleries and discuss works on exhibit, focusing on colors, patterns, shapes, and composition. Through interactive dialogue, thoughtful participation by every member of the group is encouraged. Key terms will be presented in both English and Spanish.

A hands-on art making session in the museum’s studio classrooms will follow each tour. Students will review what they have learned using a variety of artistic mediums.
The monthly program will take place on select Saturdays from 11 to 11:45 a.m. from February through April, 2010. For more information or to pre-register, please contact Manager of School Programs, Noaa Stoler, at 201.413.0303x 116 or nstoler@nulljerseycitymuseum.org.
