Birthday Party Ideas

Parties, Themes and More!

Feeling stressed about how to celebrate your little one’s birthday? Hoboken is full of great options for birthday parties. You can throw your bash in a castle, at your home, in the park, on the banks of the Hudson at Pier A, or rent space around town. The possibilities are endless. There is Creative Grove Studio (1200 Park Avenue), Candy Shoppe (59 Fourth Street), Monroe Street Movement Space (720 Monroe Street), Devotion Yoga, the YMCA (1301 Washington Street), Symposia (510 and Washington Street), Romparoo (537 Park Avenue), Tiger Schulmann’s Karate (84 Washington Street), Padilla Tae Kwon Do (6th and Adams Street), McDonald’s (3rd and Washington Street), Hoboken Golf (125 Grand Street), Johnny Rocket’s (134 Washington Street), Steven’s Aquatic Center (7th and Castle Point), The Urban Kitchen (108 Adams Street), Hudson Dance and Movement (80 Hudson Street), or any of the art studios in town. Also, many people have enjoyed Dave Lambert’s musical entertainment (Music Together). Or throw a medieval feast in the Meadowlands. Send your kid on a Space Odyssey in Englewood, or make him a champ at Sportsworld in Paramus. You can stuff a teddy bear, or go white water rafting, pick your favorite eatery, cruise ship or historical site. You can even order full birthday packages from websites such as Orientaltrading.com or Birthdayexpress.com. If you don’t feel like doing the planning yourself, you can hire someone to do it. Lili’s Parties is a one-stop-shop event planning company geared towards children as young as 1 and as old as 16. Lili’s is stationed right here in Hoboken. The possibilities are endless. So whatever you decide, have fun and go with the flow. Don’t forget, it’s a party! If you think of anything to add to our list, please let us know. You can email HFAadvertising@gmail.com.
