Learn the basics of the pelvic floor and the lower abdomen, both of which are instrumental in preventing and treating back, sacro-iliac and hip pain. Youʼll leave with an understanding of the basic anatomy and some easy strengthening and stretching exercises that will intensify your regular fitness routine and enhance your general well-being.
